CHICKEN SHAWARMA



In frame is Shawarma , a dish in Middle Eastern cuisine consisting of meat cut into thin slices, stacked
in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit.
Originally made of lamb or mutton, today's shawarma may also be chicken, turkey, beef, or veal.


INGREDIENTS :


  • Bonelss chicken 500g

  • Salt,turmeric,garam masala,chicken masala,red chilli powder,dhaniya powder.

  • chooped cabbage and onion

  • Pita read

  • Garlic mayonaise

  • red chilli sauce, oil


  • STEPS ONE CAN FOLLOW(if needed) :


  • first marinate the chicken with all the above masalas

  • then cook the chicken properly with 2 spoon of oil

  • then cut the chicken pieces into small pieces and then bake the pita bread

  • then add chiili sauce and garlic mayo and spread that well on the bread, then add chicekn and onion and cabbage and wrap it well
