CHOLE KULCHA
In frame is Chole kulcha ,a dish originating from northern India. However, in India,
Delhi Chole Bhature is very popular, it is a combination of chana masala and bhatura/Puri,
a fried bread made from maida or can also be eaten with kulcha made with maida. The origin of dish lies in Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
INGREDIENTS :
2 cups chole
Chopped onion,cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon turmeric powder,dhaniya powder,kasturi methi,chole masala,kashmiri lal mirch powder,aamchur powder
Onion paste, tomato paste
Ginger garlic paste
Maida,refined oil
salt,baking soda,baking powder,sugar,curd
STEPS ONE CAN FOLLOW(if needed) :
First boil the chole
Then heat up the pan and add oil, then add chopped ginger & garlic and onion
Then add masalas and cook well,then add onion paste and cook well,then when it turns golden brown,add tomato paste
When the paste will get cooked add chole and cook for more time, then add cilantro leaves on top
