CHOLE KULCHA



In frame is Chole kulcha ,a dish originating from northern India. However, in India,
Delhi Chole Bhature is very popular, it is a combination of chana masala and bhatura/Puri,
a fried bread made from maida or can also be eaten with kulcha made with maida. The origin of dish lies in Eastern Uttar Pradesh.


INGREDIENTS :


  • 2 cups chole

  • Chopped onion,cilantro leaves

  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder,dhaniya powder,kasturi methi,chole masala,kashmiri lal mirch powder,aamchur powder

  • Onion paste, tomato paste

  • Ginger garlic paste

  • Maida,refined oil

  • salt,baking soda,baking powder,sugar,curd

  • STEPS ONE CAN FOLLOW(if needed) :


  • First boil the chole

  • Then heat up the pan and add oil, then add chopped ginger & garlic and onion

  • Then add masalas and cook well,then add onion paste and cook well,then when it turns golden brown,add tomato paste

  • When the paste will get cooked add chole and cook for more time, then add cilantro leaves on top
