PAV BHAJI



In frame is Pav bhaji ,a fast food dish from India consisting of a thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll.
Vegetables in the curry may include potatoes, onions, carrots, chillies, peas, bell peppers, and tomatoes.
Its origins are in the state of Maharashtra.


INGREDIENTS :


  • Chopped tomato,capsicum,carrot,beat,beans,cabbage

  • Boiled potato

  • Dhaniya/Cilantro leaves , lemon

  • Butter and oil

  • Pav bhaji masala

  • Finely chopped onion

  • Red chilli powder,turmeric powder,pav bhaji masala,dhaniya powder,jeera powder

  • Salt as per taste and a pinch of black salt

  • STEPS ONE CAN FOLLOW(if needed) :


  • First boil the vegetables.

  • Then let it cool down and grind them to a puree, and peel and mash the potato

  • Then heat the pan and add 1 spoon oil and 2 spoon butter and then add ginger garluc chopped with chopped onion

  • Then add the masalas mentioned above and then add the puree and let it cook for a while,and then add mashed potato

  • Then add a little bit lemon juice and rock salt and garnish with chopped cilantro
